Kate Bornstein is a Queer and Pleasant Danger
On Wednesday March
4 at 7:30pm, the Hammer Museum is hosting a screening of the documentary Kate
Bornstein is a Queer and Pleasant Danger, followed by a conversation and
Q&A with Brown alumna Kate Bornstein, a transgender advocate,
activist, and role model for a generation of people that is learning how to
redefine its gender and sexuality.
The
program is free and open to the public, and the AMMO café
in the museum is available for attendees to meet up beforehand for a glass of wine or a
cup of coffee.
